Refund policy

At Lumiverse Resin, every piece is carefully handcrafted and made with attention to detail. Because our products are handmade and may be made to order, we have specific return and refund conditions outlined below.

1. Return Period

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned with its original packaging and accessories.
Not have been damaged, modified, or altered after delivery.
Include your order number or proof of purchase.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. Handmade & Made-to-Order Products

Our lamps are handcrafted individually, meaning each piece may have slight variations in:

Wood grain and natural wood color
Resin appearance
Colors and textures
Small handmade details

These natural variations are part of the character of a handmade product and are not considered defects.

Because some products are made to order or customized specifically for the customer, we generally cannot accept returns or refunds simply because you changed your mind.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

Damaged during shipping
Defective
Incorrect
Significantly different from what you ordered

After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is caused by an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and may cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

For an approved return due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error, defect, or damage attributable to us, or otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

6. Exchanges & Repairs

For damaged or defective products, we may offer:

A replacement

A partial refund
A full refund

The appropriate solution will depend on the nature and severity of the issue.

Because each product is handmade, repair or replacement may sometimes be the most appropriate solution.

7. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted before production has started.

Once production or customization has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible because the product is being individually prepared for you.

8. Custom Orders

Custom and personalized products are made specifically according to the customer's requirements.

Therefore, custom orders are generally not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind.

However, if your custom product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order specifications, please contact us and we will review the issue.
